Why Do Bible Believing African Americans Believe the "Rapture," Support "Christian Zionism" Apartheid and Land Theft?

Many African American churches and individuals accept the doctrine of the "Rapture" made popular by the "Left Behind" books and movies and the Scofield Reference Bible (Cyrus Ingersall Scofield) which has marginal notes. This doctrine is called Dispensational Premillennialism, sometimes "Dispensationalism" for short.

Scofield was influenced by John Darby, who popularized the Rapture teaching of Edward A. Irving (1792-1834) introduced by a woman named Margaret McDonald – an Irvingite. This doctrine was first delivered to the church somewhere between 1830 and 1833.

A Zionist, Samuel Untermeier, and those associated with him was to find a way to get fundamental Christians to have an interest in and support for the international Zionist cause, (stealing the land and displacing 750,000 Palestinians by force).

As the creation and publication of the Scofield Reference Bible required funding, Untermeir provided the financial support. The effectiveness of this movement over the last hundred years shows its fruit in the now 56 million (numbers may be higher) "Christian Zionist" movement led by such men as John Hagee, head of CUFI (Christians United for Israel).

Many popular leaders were/are influenced by Dispensationalism, i.e. Tim LaHaye, (Left Behind Books) Hal Lindsay (Late Great Planet Earth), Pat Robertson, the Late Jerry Falwell and Billy Graham, etc.

Frances Galton, (who made his wealth from the slave trade) known as the father of eugenics was cousin to Evolutionist Charles Darwin. Eugenics is the "science" of selective breeding as proposed human improvement: the proposed improvement of the human species by encouraging or permitting reproduction of only those people with genetic characteristics judged desirable.

In other words, only those who have good or blessed genes should reproduce while others should be prohibited or destroyed. Incidentally, the original title On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection or The Preservation of Favored Races in the Struggle of Life was not primarily about animal evolution but was an attempt to find scientific justification for white supremacy, thus about the evolvement and survival of the "fittest" or "superior race." The African and the Aborigines were placed at the bottom of the gene pool next to the apes. Later, they changed (shortened) the name of the book to make it more politically correct, hence the Origin of Species.

Galton, Darwin's wealthy cousin financed the book, and also put its principles in practice through eugenics. Later, Margaret Sanger founder of the American Birth Control League, now known as Planned Parenthood also sought connections with the American Eugenics Movement. Planned Parenthood clinics are disproportionately located within African American communities where today more abortions of the "feeble-minded, undesirables" take place than any other.

Margaret Sanger spoke regularly at Klan rallies and reportedly favored principles adopted by Adolph Hitler, another believer in the so called "superior race."

Dwight L. Moody (D.L. Moody Bible Institute and C.I Scofield were influenced by Darby. Darby is the father of dispensational theology made popular by the Scofield and Ryrie study Bibles. The Dallas Theological Seminary and The Moody Bible Institute were founded by the principles of dispensational theology.

Perhaps now the relationship between Dispensationalism (The Left Behind Rapture Teaching), Eugenics, Evolution, Planned Parenthood Abortion clinics and Zionism is evident. But what is the relationship to our topic?

Zionism's founders believed and stated that Palestinians are less than human. "Menachem Begin once said that "Palestinians are beasts walking on two legs," while former IDF Chief of Staff Rafael Eitan referred to them as "Drugged roaches in a bottle" and also said a good Arab is a dead Arab." Another former chief of staff, Moshe Ya'alon, referred to the Palestinians threat as like a "cancer" on which he was performing chemotherapy." John J. Mearsheimer and Stephen M. Has the African American heard this rhetoric before? In other words, the Zionists used the same "superior race" ideologies as the justification to kill innocent Palestinians and to take their land as those which were used to enslave and kill African Americans.

Sadly, many "Evangelical Christians" believe this is God's will and taught in the Bible thus justified the taking of Palestinian Arab land. So, lest some doubt this, listen to words from Israel's founders.

David Ben-Gurion, first Prime Minister of the Zionist state said Zionists stole Israel from the Arabs. (emp. mine, wb). The Jewish Paradox, Nahum Goldman, translated by Steve Cox.

Ben-Gurion agreed that Palestinian Arabs should resist the Israeli invasion and theft of their land by any means necessary.

"Why should the Arabs make peace? If I was an Arab leader I would never make terms with Israel. That is natural: We have taken their country...There has been anti-Semitism, the Nazis, Hitler, Auschwitz, but was that there fault? They only see one thing: we have come here and stolen their country. Why should they accept that? They may perhaps forget in one or two generations' time, but for the moment there is no chance.

So it is simple: We have to stay strong and maintain a powerful army" Nahum Goldmann, president of the World Jewish Congress criticized Ben-Gurion for what Goldman viewed as his confrontational approach to the Arab world: Goldman wrote that "Ben-Gurion is the man principally responsible for the anti-Arab policy, because it was he who molded the thinking of generations of Israelis." Bem-Gurion also said that if he were a Palestinian he would fight against the Zionists more vigorously than they do.

"Christian Zionists" believe God gave Zionists the Palestinian's land. Zionists leaders say they stole it. How can any informed Christians, let alone African Americans support this new kind of slavery and discrimination? Fathers and teenagers are being killed. Childrens' arms and legs are blown off. Grandmothers and mothers are kicked out of their own homes into the streets while Israeli families move-in right before their eyes leaving them to live on the streets like stray dogs. Farms are being bull-dozed and plowed up. Water and food supplies are denied starving these people literally to death, all "in the name of Jeezus!"

They're creating ghettos and deplorable living conditions. A few years from now the media will be reporting how criminalized the population is when as Zionists deny the Palestinians basic human rights and cut them off from their own land and prosperity. Jan Eliasson, the Swedish foreign minister, wrote in September 2006: "Palestinians are "living in a cage," which naturally has had devastating effects on their economy, as well as their mental and physical well-being." (Israel Lobby, p. 91)

It is the same Apartheid regime as that which existed in South Africa. It is the same in principle which enslaved African Americans and pushed Native American Indians to the reservations. The U.S. government, reportedly in trillions of dollars of debt, finds 3 (three) billion dollars per year to support the Israeli killing machine, doling out the largest in foreign aid to any country. Compare that to how much it invests in Africa, a nation with far more resources America needs and wants. It also plans to increase spending for abortions through which disproportionately targets African Americans. "Reparations" to kill, but not to support life!

The Nuremberg trials prosecuted German war criminals and the U.S. government acknowledged Germany's culpability in the Jewish holocaust and payment of reparations for its "crimes against humanity." America has the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum funded by millions in tax-deductible contributions every year. Congress can make decisions to go to war and spend trillions in one congressional session, but they cannot decide in over 100 years to deliver that "40 acres and a mule," claiming no money is available for reparations for slavery (the Black holocaust) and discrimination.

The facts are, God has not given that land to the Zionists. Even Bible believing Jews who know what the Old Testament teaches oppose the Zionist movement. Search out "JewsUnitedAgainstZionism.org" or YouTube for examples.

God ended his Old Covenant relationship with Israel in 70 A.D. when the Romans destroyed them, burned their city and temple to the ground and carried the rest into captivity according to eyewitness and Jewish Historian Josephus. All this came about because of their murder of Jesus Christ and his apostles and saints. See Matthew 23:32-37. Jesus prophesied of their destruction 40 years before it happened, (Matthew 24, Lk. 21:20-22).

They were only given the land as "sojourners" because the land belonged to God, (Lev. 25:23). As long as they were faithful, they could dwell in the land, when they rebelled, they were cast out. The straw that broke the camel's back was the crucifixion of Christ and the persecution of the church in the first century.

Those who did repent were saved as the remnant, (Rom. 11:1-7). If they never repented, they were permanently "cut off" just as God told Abraham he would do with their descendants who refused to be circumcised, (Gen. 17:13-14), even though it was an "everlasting covenant." Everlasting covenants do not preclude conditionality. See the same when God took the priesthood from the house of Zadok in the days of Eli, 1 Sam. 2:31-32.

The church is now the true Israel of God, 1 Cor. 3:16, 2 Cor. 6:16; Eph. 2:20-22). God said, neither in Mt. Gerizim (Samaria or Northern Israel) nor in Jerusalem (southern Israel) is the place to worship. God is a Spirit and those who worship him must worship "in Spirit" and "in truth."John 4:20-24 Mt. Zion is now the church, (Heb. 12:22-23).

Paul taught that the church of the Lord is the New Jerusalem, while the Old Covenant Jerusalem is likened to Egypt and Hagar in bondage. (Gal. 4:21-31), and therefore had to be cast out. Thus it is no longer in a covenant relationship with God, unless and until they accept Jesus Christ.

John Hagee and other Dispensationalists teach that Israel (read Zionists) were "reborn as a nation in 1948." This is ludicrous. Peter said, Israel was already being reborn in the first century. Addressing the Diaspora of Israel (1 Pet. 1:1), he said they were born again of "incorruptible seed." (1 Pet. 1:22). Peter then called them the "chosen generation" and a "holy nation," called by God to show forth his praises, (1 Pet. 2:9). Peter addressed the church, not a political, racists land-grabbing killing machine.

Innocent Muslims are being killed. Palestinian Christians are being killed, Arab Christians are being killed. Jewish Christians are being killed and "Christian Zionists" love to have it so bragging about it everywhere they go!

So, while "Christian Zionists" sit or stand around waiting for and preaching an imminent Rapture to come, they are supporting the Dispensationalism, Zionism, Apartheid, ethnic cleansing, land theft and shedding of innocent blood of these Palestinian people.

The reality is that these Palestinian Arabs are blood relatives of Africans and African Americans. So, support of Zionism means supporting the killing of your own brothers and sisters. It's a Cain and Abel scenario. It's the "house negro" mentality against the field slaves.

Please do not interpret this as racist. Those who supported this movement were a wealthy, elite class who sought to and successfully used their wealth to indoctrinate the masses. Zionism used the Scofield Bible to infiltrate the churches with their poisonous venom. It is a perversion of true Christianity and African Americans of all people should know better. Nor is it solely an African American issue as groups from all backgrounds vocally and actively oppose this aggression and violence (though maybe not for all the reasons listed here). Again, even informed religious Jews oppose it.

Study to be informed and know the truth. Don't depend on the media to tell you the truth or to give you the real story.
