DOES GOD SHOW HIS ANGER THROUGH TRAGIC EVENTS?

As I watch the tragic news on every TV station about the 7.0 earthquake in Haiti, I am overwhelmed with concern. All I can think is, Is God angry with the Haitans? Why did He allow such destruction in this land? I don't know much about this country and their practices, but I wonder what their beliefs are. Who is their God and how do they worship?
Then I think about all the other countries (including ours) that have also experienced tragedy in our most recent years. What's going on? Is God angry with us all and what should we do? Can our human race do anything to stop these events from happening?

Love you my dear Sis,
The Word of the Lord says that we are in the end of times, when the gospel is spread across all nations, which is what is happening now through technology... it is no longer by hand delivered messages. there will also be pestilence, famines, earthquakes across the world...
These messages are telling us... to be ready. Repent of our sins, confess our sins and accept Jesus Christ as our personal Savior...
The Word of the Lord says in the book of John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
So yes you have good questions... Is God angry? I think God is reaching out to us... the earth is crying out... So our focus is to focus on God and God alone...
We also have an accountability to each other to spread the Good News for those who do not know the Lord...
Proverbs 27:17 As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.
Great concerns my dear sister...and continue to focus on God...
Haitti is lifted up to the Lord... May God's people continue to pour out to our brother's and sisters in Haitti...In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Be Blessed and Be a Blessing...

As we are living under God's grace and James says "When tempted, no one should say,"God is tempting me." For God can not be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt any one. But each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed."

I too like you am concern after hearing comments from Pat Robinson. I too think we need to turn back to the Father. He has many ways to make us obey Him and turn from evil.
