- Terence L. Smith is a fun loving person that love to minister and have an intelligent conversation and Love people, because I'm in leadership, I had to learn timing. My specialty is our youth, I believe our youth have something to say and if we listen more, preach less, reach more, then we will be able to teach them what is needed. I can understand some of our youth today and their thoughts process. Being genuine is real! I'm a very fun loving person that love a good laugh, joke and try daily to live Galatians 1:10.....I tried to please God, not man. Jacob's Ladder for Youth deals with behavior, gangs, abused youth. Kids that are misunderstood. I remind my kids whee I work at that "Its not how you fall, but how you get back up.

I am learning to always be ready and accept what God allows and ready in seasons and out of seasons. Just be ready. This was truly a blessings. I wrote a poem about "emotional ride"...But if we hold on. It will be our testimony.
