IN RESPONSE TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND THE CHURCH'S ROLE
The churchs role is to educate and inform and facilitate healing with domestic abuse victims. It is to create a platform where women and men can come forward without shame and recieve the compassion that Jesus Christ gives to the broken. Many victims will not come forward because of shame and fear. It is our responsibility to carry ourselves as a local fellowship so that people can feel comfortable and safe with being transparent.
