Yesterday I attended the Suicide and The Black Church Conference at U.T Memphis and sat on the seventh row and Dr. Susan Jacobs, Nursing professor at U.T talked about some Parish Nurse opportunities. We laughed when I told her that God had seated us together because He is just that Good. I remember the word of revelation last year when he said "Be still" and the dream just recently when He said "Go Now!"

In WysNewWorld journal for this 2/7days before leaving the present work system, I have looked at the awesomeness of God to keep me in place these 43 years. I woke up thanking Him for How He has ordered my steps and put me in the right place and on many paths of righteousness. As I begin my morning walk and listenining to BGI, I say these words from an old hymn, "Lead me , guide me along the way, for if You lead me , I cannot stray. Lord, let me walk each day with Thee, Lead me . O Lord, lead me."

Today is such a great day as I spend my last day as an employee of Baptist Hospital. The Lord has given me so many memories and special people in my life and work. Tomorrow , I start my first chapter of my book, Merceda's Touch 2: Faith for the Change. I am now ready to be the best smiler, listener and toucher on the face of the planet as I am "By God Inspired!
