What do you do when your boss has a mouth like a sailor and no respect for the people around him/her?
You are saved. Your boss knows you are a great worker and a person of integrity, yet that person continues to use all sorts of profanity around you. You can't really say anything about it because you don't want to lose your job, but it makes you uncomfortable. Do you quit your job... man/woman up and tell the boss how you feel..or do you put on your game face and pretend that it doesn't bother you. In this economy it is about survival... so do you risk being let go because you spoke up? Would love to hear what you think.

I have been there on , and I handled it this way , It was so obscene the foul language from my boss, that I just told him that he was disrepecting me, first as a Child of God and secondly as a Lady, I My Sprit rejected his language, so I charged him one dollar for every cuss word and 10 for really nasty ones after a week he calmed down and respected not only me but other's around him. he saw me cringe every time he used profanity, and he felt ashamed... I boldy taught him another way to communicate... That was in 1988 and we are still friends to this day.....
